In the fiscal year 2063/64, 11,590 students went abroad for further studies. The number increased to 17,487 in the next fiscal year, and it reached 24,824 in 2065/66. The growing trend continued in the last fiscal year too when the number reached 27,739. And there are thousands of students going to India for school education. And it’s not that all these students have been making their way to the best educational institutions—indeed, about 90 percent of these students enrol in institutions that are not among the best.....
